Description
I have always been fascinated by the magical nature of seahorses and have made a number of pieces of work depicting them and trying to capture their secret and special characters.
In this piece I harnessed the combined qualities of acrylic inks and water flow to create the fronds of plant life that sway and move beneath the sea and form hiding places for the shy seahorses.
Acrylic ink and textiles on canvas, with a bespoke frame made of reclaimed wood with a light wash.
